Shipping & Return Policy

All items ship within 1-3 business days upon order of completion and payment. Orders placed within the United States ship via USPS.

RETURNS

In order to receive a full refund of the purchased item(s), item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the safe return of all packages. Please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be credited your full payment amount less the cost of shipping within 14 business days of the received returns.

EXCHANGES

In order to exchange a purchased item(s), item(s) must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and the safe return of all packages. Please insure and track all packages to assure arrival. Once your item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange. If approved, then your store credit of the item(s) will be issued minus the shipping cost. For exchanges, please let us know which item(s) you wish to exchange with the original item(s).
